My name is Jason Prayson and I am a man on a mission to live in loving awareness for all around me.

Coming into this with over 13 years in public service as a police officer, detective, emt and firefighter, my life has been shaped by resilience, service, and transformation. After experiencing numerous critical incidents—including shootings and traumatic events—I faced PTSD that ultimately led me to step away from law enforcement.

From there, I transitioned into the trades as a plumber and HVAC technician, eventually moving into sales and becoming part-owner of a large HVAC company. In 2019, my life changed dramatically when a chiropractic adjustment left me with a broken C5 vertebra, requiring emergency surgery. Complications placed me in a medically induced coma, where doctors told my family I wouldn’t return to a meaningful life. Five days later, I defied the odds, woke up, and began the long process of relearning how to walk, talk, and breathe.

That near-death experience gave me a new sense of purpose. Shortly after, I launched Prayco Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, which provided me the stability to pursue a deeper calling—healing. My journey through trauma, including the loss of my father at age three, generational wounds, and the weight of my years in law enforcement, brought me to spiritual practices that truly transformed me.

Today, I am a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Channeler, dedicated to helping others regulate their nervous systems, release old traumas, and reconnect with their inner peace. Breathwork became the modality that anchored me—teaching me how to see others with compassion, not take things personally, and allow each person their own journey without disturbing my own inner harmony.
